The safari begins with a morning transfer from your hotel or the airport to Wilson Airport. You will take a scenic 45–60-minute flight over the Great Rift Valley to the Maasai Mara, where you’ll be met at the airstrip by a lodge guide and transferred to camp with a short game drive en route.
Arrive in time at the JW Marriot Maasai Mara Lodge for check-in and lunch, take some time relax before heading out for an afternoon game drive in search of the Big Five (Lion, Leopard, Rhino, Elephant, Cheetah), followed by sundowner drinks and dinner back at the lodge.
Start the day with an early morning wake up call for a sunrise game drive, when wildlife activity is at its peak, followed by breakfast and leisure time at the lodge.
In the late afternoon, opt for a guided walking safari within the lodge or head out for an evening game drive.
